RaiderChip Joins the Open Compute Project (OCP)
The company strengthens its international positioning within the global advanced hardware ecosystem for Generative Artificial Intelligence
Spain, March 10th, 2026
RaiderChip announces it has joined the Open Compute Project (OCP) as a Startup Member. OCP is the international community driving the development of open, efficient, and scalable computing infrastructures for data centers and high-performance environments.
Joining OCP consolidates RaiderChip’s presence within the global advanced hardware ecosystem and underscores its commitment to designing specialized architectures for Generative Artificial Intelligence inference. Within this context, RaiderChip has created its GenAI NPU as a fully hardware-based, modular, and scalable architecture, optimized to operate under real memory bandwidth constraints while maximizing energy efficiency per unit of compute.
Currently undergoing industrialization in an advanced 7-nanometer process node, RaiderChip’s architecture is designed for both edge deployments and higher-density computational configurations in cloud environments, enabling a seamless transition between different deployment scenarios without modifying its core technology.
Participation in the Open Compute Project will allow RaiderChip to collaborate with leading companies in infrastructure and AI acceleration, contribute to the development of open standards focused on efficiency and sustainability, and integrate into a technological ecosystem aligned with high-performance and globally scalable architectures.
Becoming a member of OCP represents a natural step in RaiderChip’s strategy to strengthen its international projection and advance toward the industrialization of its first generative inference ASIC.
